Return Policy
Our goal is to get you complete satisfaction! If we do not satisfy you, all unused, unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise may be returned within 60 days of the shipment date.
When you choose a refund in the form of an unexpired e-gift card, your return is free of charge. The e-gift card will be credited to your dollar amount for the item returned. You may also choose to receive your refund in your original form of payment; however, fees may apply.
All sales are final after 60 days. Refunds will not be processed for merchandise received after 60 days from the date of shipment.
For returns of items shipped directly from third-party brands, heavy items, through sites such as Amazon and Walmart, please see the relevant section below.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. If you return a final sale item, you will not receive a refund for that item or shipment and the item will be donated to a local charity at our distribution center in Indianapolis, Indiana.
International Customers
Our goal is your complete satisfaction! All unused, unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise may be returned within 60 days of receipt if we have not satisfied you. Returns returned after 60 days of receipt will not be accepted.
We recommend that you use your local postal service in order to return items to our facility. Postal carriers have greater flexibility in working with you to clear items through customs. We also recommend that you choose an insured and trackable option as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Additionally, the customer is the exporter of record in the destination country and is responsible for all costs including shipping, duties, and brokerage fees incurred in returning merchandise to the CHIMES Brands fulfillment center in the United States. Title and risk of loss are yours only after the product is received at our fulfillment center.
To begin the return process, please use the Global-E Returns Portal to receive a return label for your order.
Please note that shipping charges paid when placing an order will not be refunded. Questions or concerns should be directed to Customer Service.
My Refund
Returning an e-Gift Card
When you choose to return an e-Gift Card with an unexpired e-Gift Card. It takes approximately 2-3 weeks to receive and process your return. Buyers with an email address should receive an email with their e-Gift Card information approximately 1 week after receiving the return processing email.
For customers without an email address, please allow an additional week to receive a letter in the mail with your gift card information.
E-Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash or credit. Keep the e-Gift Card number/PIN for your records. FullBeauty Brands is not responsible for lost or stolen e-Gift Cards.
E-Gift Card information is only retained in our system for 90 days. Then your e-Gift Card will still be valid, but you will need to provide a refund email to redeem the e-Gift Card for a new order.
Refunds to Original Method of Payment
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment (minus a $10.99 fee, if applicable) and typically take about 3 weeks to process and may take up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your monthly statement.
If you made your purchase by check, money order, or gift card, a refund check will be mailed to the billing address you entered when you placed your order.
Please Note: If you completed a partial payment order with a gift card and/or reward certificate and an alternative payment method, the refund will be credited to the alternate payment method used to place the order.
For items that are worn or not eligible for exchange or refund or are received after 60 days of the original ship date. All sales are final after 60 days.
How to return an item online – quick and easy
We have partnered with Happy Returns to provide secure, contactless, and sustainable returns. With over 9,000 drop-off locations nationwide, U.S. customers can return all unused, unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 60 days of the ship date.
Select a return method:
a. Drop off at Happy Returns Bar:
i. Receive QR code via email to avoid contact delivery.
ii. 9,000+ drop-off locations nationwide
iii. No need to package or label your return
iv. Your refund will be initiated immediately; a $10.99 fee will be deducted when you choose to have your refund refunded to your original method of payment
b. Return with a prepaid shipping label:
i. Print prepaid shipping label and packing slip
ii. Package items securely, include packing slip and attach shipping label
iii. Drop package off at any Fedex shipping location
iv. Keep your return tracking number for future reference
v. Processing may take 2-3 weeks, you will receive an email when completed
vi. A $10.99 fee will be deducted from your refund refunded to your original method of payment when you choose to have your refund refunded
c. Return with your own shipping label:
i. Print packing slip
ii. Package items securely, include packing slip and attach shipping label
iii. Mail to:

iv. Please retain your return tracking number for future reference
v. Processing may take 2-3 weeks and you will receive an email when completed.

a. Free return in exchange for a non-expiring e-gift card for the full dollar amount of your returned merchandise. This card is redeemable at any CHIMES brand. If you select the “Buy your own shipping label” option; shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
b. Refund to original form of payment: If you select the Happy Returns Bar option or the Prepaid Shipping Label return option, we will deduct a $10.99 fee from your refund.
